Anne is experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults and couples. She utilizes an eclectic approach to treatment with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (CBT). She recognizes one method of treatment doesn’t meet the needs of each individual. She combines elements of cognitive, humanistic and behavioral disciplines to best meet each individual’s needs. Above all, Anne believes in meeting the client where they are in the present, building a strong therapeutic alliance and working toward a positive future.
